LUXURY CUSTOM FURNITURE HANDCRAFTED IN SAN DIEGO
Indigenous by La Rue designs and builds one-of-a-kind custom furniture in San Diego for luxury homes, interior designers, architects, builders and commercial spaces.
Our specialty is extraordinary natural material. Clients can select from our inventory of distinctive wood slabs-including Walnut, Acacia, Tamarind, Monkey Pod and other exotic species- as well as petrified wood and our custom resin designs.
Unlike furniture assembled from pre-manufactured components, our custom tables can begin with the raw slab. We oversee the process from tree and slab selection through preparation, flattening, resin work, sanding, finishing and final fabrication, allowing us to stand behind the quality of the finished piece.
From custom dining tables and live edge tables to oversized conference tables, resin furniture and sculptural statement pieces, each project is designed around the material, the dimensions of the space and the client who will live with it.

One of the things that sets Indigenous by La Rue apart is our ability to work with the material from the beginning. Clients can select from our extensive inventory of wood slabs, choosing the actual material that will become their custom table.
Our process includes kiln drying and sanitation, slab preparation and flattening, custom resin work, sanding, professional grade finishing and final fabrication.
Because we control the process in house, we can create custom furniture in virtually any size - from dining table3s and coffee tables to oversized 10-foot, 12-foot and even 20-foot plus conference and statement tables.
